She is known as Deva, and also as the Mistress of Mentalism. A telepath, and telekinetic of unimaginable strength, Deva's kingdom is the mind, in within it she is queen. Deva has many tricks, including illusions and sowing telepathic confusion amongst her enemies, but her most mysterious ability is the Astral Projection which seems to follow in her footsteps. This monstrous apparition follows Deva's commands, but whether it is a facet of her own mind or a strange little godling that has pledged fealty to her, no one knows.
Deva's deck is stacked with huge M and X numbers. While she's got a fairly low B score, she can attack off of both B and X, so as long as you have an attack in hand you're well covered. Deva also comes complete with some deck management cards that make her easier to play.

There are basically two ways to go with the Deva. This is Deva's huge attack combo, the one that leaves her pretty much exhausted. But don't think it's the only way to play this deck. Cards like Telepathic Discord and Telepathic Control make Deva a force to be reckoned with, and they should be interspersed with these bigger powerhouse combos liberally.
This is very straight forward. Astral Blitz, Psychic storm, Psychic Focus. That's all of your X and all of your M used, but on the upside you're dropping 19 points of attack on your opponent, and you've still got your B stat left for a medium sized block!
